Refund & Cancellation Policy - Finsage

Overview Finsage provides customised corporate financial wellness services that are planned, scheduled, and prepared in advance for each client organisation. This policy governs refunds and cancellations for all services purchased through our website or service agreements. 1. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation Email your request to contact@finsage.co with the subject line 'Refund Request' or 'Cancellation Request'. Please include your organisation name, invoice number, date of payment, and reason for the request. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps within 5 business days. 2. Cancellation Policy 2.1 Cancellation by Client • 7 or more calendar days before scheduled program start: Eligible for full refund (see Section 3) • 3–6 calendar days before scheduled program start: 25% cancellation fee applies; remainder refunded • Less than 3 calendar days before start: 50% cancellation fee applies • After program has commenced: No cancellation or refund for delivered sessions 2.2 Cancellation by Finsage If Finsage cancels a program due to internal reasons, the Client will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, processed within 7 business days. 3. Refund Eligibility A refund will be processed in the following situations: • Duplicate or accidental payment made by the organisation • Confirmed technical failure on Finsage's side that prevents service delivery • Sessions or workshops not delivered due to reasons attributable to Finsage • Cancellation requested at least 7 calendar days before program start • Request submitted within 10 calendar days from the date of payment 4. Refund Ineligibility Refunds are not applicable in the following cases: • Change of mind after payment has been processed • Employee non-participation or low attendance during sessions • Cancellation requested after services have commenced • Request submitted more than 10 calendar days after payment date • Organisational policy changes, internal restructuring, or budget constraints • Partial completion of a program at the Client's request 5. Refund Process and Timeline If your refund is approved: • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approval • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (bank account/card via Razorpay) • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated • Processing time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank (typically 3–7 additional business days) 6. Payment Gateway Finsage processes payments through Razorpay. All online transactions are secured using PCI-DSS encryption. Finsage does not store card or bank account details.
